Course Objectives

This workshop is designed to give managers the confidence and skills required to give timely and effective feedback. Delegates will explore the different scenarios where feedback is required and will consider various feedback options including the use of coaching as a feedback tool. This is a hands on course where delegates will be given time to develop their experience giving feedback.
