Seven Institute Terms and Conditions of Trade

These terms apply to all bookings made with Seven Institute (a trading name of Tuhura Ltd, company number 14903817, registered office at Flat 3, 13 Lymington Road, London, NW6 1HX, UK). By booking a course or service with us, you and the business you represent agree to these terms in full.
Booking and confirmation
Courses can be booked:

Once we've processed your booking, we'll send a confirmation and invoice by email, normally within 24 hours.
Accepted payment options
- Secure online payment via Worldpay (we are PCI compliant)
- Credit card payment over the phone
- PayPal via our website
- Invoice (business customers only)
- Direct bank transfer
Payment terms
Payment is due at the time of booking, unless paying by business invoice. Invoices must be paid within 30 days of the invoice date, or 5 working days before the training date (whichever is sooner), unless otherwise agreed. Overdue accounts incur a late payment fee of 5% of the outstanding balance per day. If you're having difficulty paying an invoice, please get in touch; we're happy to talk it through.
Fees and discounts
All course fees exclude VAT at the current rate, unless stated otherwise. Fees include tuition, course materials, and (for public schedule courses) use of software/equipment and light refreshments; lunch vouchers are provided for public schedule and closed company courses, with a shared lunch available on request for closed company bookings. Discounts cannot be combined with other offers, and places are subject to availability.
Special requirements
Please let us know about any special requirements in advance, by phone or email. We'll assess the request and come back to you within 24 hours.
Rescheduling or cancelling a course

We'll do what we can to accommodate genuinely unforeseen circumstances. Cancellations or reschedules must be notified to us in writing.
Non-attendance
If a delegate doesn't attend on the day, the full course fee remains payable and no refund will be given.
Venues
Venue details are emailed once your booking is confirmed. We aim not to change venues once announced, but in exceptional circumstances this may be necessary; we'll notify you in advance if so.
Liability
Views expressed by our trainers and coaches are their own and not necessarily those of Seven Institute. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Seven Institute's liability for any loss arising from a course or service is limited to the fees paid for that course or service, except for liability that cannot be excluded by law (such as death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or fraud).
Intellectual property
All course materials remain the intellectual property of Seven Institute (or, where applicable, our licensors, including Insights) and are provided for the delegate's personal use. They may not be reproduced, distributed, or used commercially without our prior written consent.
Data protection
We handle personal data in line with our Privacy Policy.
Quotes
Online quotes are valid for 5 working days from issue.
Force majeure
We won't be liable for any delay or failure to perform caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
Your agreement
By purchasing a course or service with Seven Institute, you and the business you represent agree to these terms in full. They're intended to set out fair and reasonable conditions of trade. If you think any term is unfair or unreasonable, we'd welcome your feedback.
Purchases via Reed.co.uk
If you purchased via reed.co.uk, you have 14 calendar days from the date your purchase is confirmed to cancel and receive a full refund ("Cancellation Period"), provided you have not logged into or accessed the course materials. Activating your voucher during this period confirms you'd like us to begin providing the course, and you'll lose the right to cancel for a refund. To cancel, email info@seveninstitute.co.uk. Refunds due under this section will be paid within 14 calendar days of us confirming your entitlement to one.
