Course Objectives

This workshop is designed to help managers and leaders understand the key expectations required of them by their company. Delegates will be able to define the difference between management and leadership, and explore the three different roles managers and leaders need to fill. Finally, delegates will explore the different expectations required from them in regards to their people, the customer, the business, performance, and finances.
