Continuous Improvement Practical Workshop

This workshop is designed to help employees build a 'learning culture' where continuous improvement forms part of the company mindset. Delegates will learn about the history of continuous improvement, in particular the impact that companies like Toyota and Motarola have had in this field. Delegates will get to explore the meanings and practical implications of both Lean and Six Sigma and have time to gain confidence around embedding these theories in their workplace.
