Booking and confirmation

Courses can be booked;

A Booking confirmation will be sent to you via email (along with the invoice) once Seven Institute has processed your booking. This process should not take any longer than 24 hours.

Payment Terms

All payments must be made at the time of booking unless paying by a business invoice. Business Invoice payments must be received within 30 days of the date of invoice issue or 5 working days prior to the training date (whichever comes first) unless otherwise agreed. Late payments will incur fees of an additional 5% of the total amount per day every day the account is overdue. For example if your invoice is for £1000 you will be charge £50 per day every day until the invoice is paid. If you are having trouble paying your invoice please contact us.

Fees and Discounts

All Seven Institute training courses listed on the website exclude VAT at the current rate unless stated. Course fees include relevant tuition on the day, the use of software, computers or laptops (for public schedule only), accompanying course materials, light refreshments in the morning and afternoon (for public schedule only and excluding some courses). Lunch vouchers are provided for public schedule and closed company courses. We can arranged a shared lunch for closed company courses upon request. Discounts are not available in conjunction with any other offer and places are subject to availability.

Special Requirements

Seven Institute must be notified in advance of any special requirements via the phone +44 0208 8300 401 or via email to info@seveninstitute.co.uk. Seven Institute will assess the requirement and respond to your within 24 hours.

Rescheduling or Cancelling a Course

Public Schedule

Our Cancellation and Rescheduling fees for public schedule courses are;

Notice Period Reschedule Option Cancellation Fee
15 working days or more before the course start date You can rebook onto a future course in the same location at no extra cost and based on availability. 75%
Less than 15 working days’ notice You will receive a credit of 60% of your course fee to use on a future course in the same location at no extra cost and based on availability. 100%
Booking via partner websites The consumer has from the day of their purchase 14 days to cancel their course and be eligible for a full refund of 100% of the purchase order providing they have not accessed / logged into their course(s).  

Please note we will do all that we can to accommodate those unforeseen circumstances that come up. You must notify us in writing if you wish to cancel or reschedule a course.

On-Site Training

Our Cancellation and Reschedule fees for onsite courses are;

26 working days or more If you wish to reschedule the course you can go onto our website and book another course and we will put 100% of the money you have paid toward that new course. 25%
16 - 25 working days If you wish to reschedule the course you can go onto our website and book another course and we will put 100% of the money you have paid toward that new course. 50%

6 - 15 working days' notice


(this is per course and not per business or individual)

If you wish to reschedule the course you can go onto our website and book another course and we will put 100% of the money you have paid toward that new course. 75%
5 working days or less If you wish to reschedule the course you can go onto our website and book another course and we will put 50% of the money you have paid toward that new course. 100%

Closed Company Training

Our Cancellation and Reschedule fees for closed company courses are;

6 - 15 working days' notice

5 working days or less If you wish to reschedule the course you can go onto our website and book another course and we will put 50% of the money you have paid toward that new course. 100%

Non-attendance of any course

In case of non-attendance on the day, the fee will be charged in full and no refund will be made in any way.

Venues

Venue details will be emailed once the booking is processed. We will do our best to not change the venue once it is announced. However, in exceptional circumstances venue details are subject to change. You will be notified in advance via email should this be the case.

Liability

In training the opinions expressed by our trainers coaches are those of individuals and are not necessarily those of Seven Institute.

Quotes

All quotes generated online are only valid for 5 working days due to the nature or our pricing systems.

Your Agreement

By purchasing a product or service with Seven Institute you and the business you are representing are agreeing to these terms and conditions in full. These terms have been created to present fair and reasonable conditions of trade between Seven Institute and its customers. They have not been created in anyway to be misleading, and we welcome your feedback if you feel any of these terms are in anyway unfair or reasonable.
